Snow, Snow Snow...

Forerunner Data

Sporting my new Forerunner I decided to go for a run around the East Midlands Champs course at Clumber Park. Great runnable forest (apart from the bits of brambles) and a really interesting course.

Britain at the moment is under a lot of snow (well for British people anyway!!) and it was nice to run in the clear forest with spots of snow drifting around.

I felt good at the start, made a few errors along route including 8 and 19... considering 19 was a mandatory road crossing this was a bit of a nightmare...!!

Never mind, I was quite smooth throughout and managed to get my Forerunner to work without any issues.

The Forerunner data is so good coupled with Quickroute (Mats Troeng's software) and allows you to really analyse where you went slow or off in the wrong direction!!

And as there was snow this gave us lots of opportunities to make snowmen!  (See Below)
