Tankersley Event - The terrain is more like that of Belgium/Denmark than the UK, circular large depressions remeniscant of bombing scars/mining which has left this area very complex in some areas and very runnable.

The History of SPOOK Revealed

Sheffield Postgraduate Occasional Orienteering Klubb have released details of it's history to the world of Orienteering. It was started in 1978, and boasts members including world champions and many elite athletes from Sheffield University, both past and present.

Lady Cannings and Beyond...

I took my first running steps of 2009 in the Burbage Valley today, after a bouldering session on New Year's Day and a circuit session yesterday (it hurts!). It's conveniently situated on the west of Sheffield and only a 10min drive away making it perfect for a quick run.
